About this app

Join over 750,000 users taking back control of their data with Gener8.

Gener8 helps you earn rewards from your data in a way that is private, transparent and built around consent. Instead of letting apps and websites benefit from your information without giving anything back, Gener8 helps you understand what data is being collected, decide what you want to share, and get rewarded in return.

If you are looking for a more transparent way to get paid for data, earn from your data, or make your data work for you, Gener8 is built to do that with privacy and control at the centre.

HOW GENER8 WORKS

• Connect your data sources to Gener8

• Earn points and redeem them for rewards such as:

- Gift cards
- Exclusive offers and discounts
- Prize draws
- Charitable donations

WHY PEOPLE CHOOSE GENER8

• Privacy-first by design: your data stays on your device unless you choose to share it

• Transparent: see what apps know about you and how your data works

• Rewarding: turn everyday online activity into points, offers and data rewards

• Flexible: connect one source or several and build rewards over time

• On your terms: you stay in control of what is shared and when

GENER8 IS DIFFERENT

Gener8 is not about hidden tracking or vague promises. It is a more modern, compliant and ethical way to benefit from your data. Whether you think of that as data rewards, data monetization, or a way to earn from browsing more transparently, the experience is designed to be simple, secure and user-first.

One of the ways Gener8 can reward you for your data is through Accessibility Services, which we only access with your active consent to help generate on-device insights around online activity such as browsing history, app usage and searches.

No data leaves your device or passes through our systems without your explicit consent. Insights are generated on your device, and any data shared with us is only shared because you choose to do so.

Watch this space — we are constantly improving the Gener8 app and adding new ways to earn rewards from your data.

Earn rewards, gift cards and offers from your data. Safe & Secure.

unfortunately it's basically impossible to get cash out of this app. You're paid for data in these points, and can theoretically turn them into gift cards. however, these cards launch in limited batches at specific times and run out within seconds of launch (likely bots) so in practice it's impossible to cash out. not worth the time to set up in my opinion, and bordering on scam territory considering how hard it is to get them to hold up their end of the bargain.

We appreciate the feedback! Gift cards are limited and tend to go quickly, but there are plenty of other rewards too - like exclusive offers, freebies, charity donations, and prize draws 🎁 We’re always adding more ways to redeem points! 🙂

This app looks great and gives earning reasonably, but it will disconnect about every month without warning, so I have to remember to even just look every once and a while. The rewards are also horrible. You have to log on at a specific times and hope that the gift cards you want are available. (I have been able to cash out and that's legit). The gaming part is completely separate from the rest of the income which is super annoying.

Hey, thank you for your review! Restocking high-demand gift cards and making drops smoother is a top priority right now 🛒. We also appreciate the feedback on gaming integration! Monthly disconnects help secure your account, but we’re refining this process so it's less intrusive.

rewards are finally worth it in the US, but maybe you should take the examples of other apps and give giftcards that are are not limited, alot of your other "deals" are a joke and I can simply go to the website and do that myself without you... also its not allowing me to connect google account it says it completes it then does nothing and says oops there was a error, and makes me do it again, it takes absolutely forever for it to sync it gets to 70 percent then takes like 30 mins after that

Hey, thanks for your review! 😊 Rewards are available in the US, but high-demand items can go out of stock quickly. If you mainly see prize draws or donations, other rewards may have already been claimed. We know this is frustrating and are working to improve availability and variety. Thanks for raising it 🙌
