An absolute disappointment! This app does not convey information correctly. I placed a pickup order earlier this afternoon. That was supposed to be ready within fifteen minutes and the progress bar in the app sat at "in progress" for over two hours. I checked it multiple times and when finally it switched to "ready" it refreshed and within seconds of getting my keys to get it-it canceled. They're refusing to refund me, stating i abandoned my order. I wasted HOURS on this. 100% beware and avoid!

the app works fine but you guys really need to fix where the gas prices listed at nearby locations are not accurate, and when you go to lock the price thinking you're going to lock a lower price it updates all the places in the process and you end up with a higher price. even after refreshing the app it does this. At this point it feels like it's purposeful

The new version of the app doesn't work. every 7-Eleven I go into now that I used to go into historically can't scan the new barcode format. they fight with it for like 5 minutes. the line goes really long. it just won't scan and then I leave with nothing because I use this instead of cash. also all those ads that pop up before I can get to the barcode function slow me down at the cash register and the whole point of the app and using it is to speed my cash out experience.
